Acquisition of Azur Equipement
ECF GROUP continues its dynamic external growth strategy in 2022 with the acquisition of an actor based in the south of France specialized in services for camping. The company named Azur Equipement allows to increase the ECF Group product offer for outdoor accommodation alongside our subsidiary Cobal-Lantin.
As international leader, ECF Group, equipment supplier for Hospitality & Care, announces a strategical acquisition in the south of France which strengthens its position within the outdoor accommodations sector.
Azur Equipement is a regional actor based in Frontignan (Hérault) which offers to its clients (outdoor accommodations et independent camping) mobile-homes restauration and tailor-made fabric manufacture for customized equipment. The company reached revenue of €3m. This strategic acquisition allows ECF Group to increase its outdoor accommodation offer alongside its subsidiary Cobal-Lantin. The mobile home restauration is in line with the latest Group ESG charter. Anthony Viala, actual sales director, will be promoted as Managing director of the company.
This acquisition is in line with the strategic plan which combines organic and external growth adding complementary companies with synergy ambitions to its subsidiaries. This strategy shows the post covid financial health of the Group. This acquisition is conformed with the ECF evolution plan that started in 2017 with the support of Naxicap Partners. Since 2017, the Group realized more than 15 external growth operations with a total revenue of €450m.
