ECF Group Announces the Appointment of Pascal Peltier as Chief Executive Officer

ECF Group announces the appointment of Pascal Peltier as Chief Executive Officer. Pascal Peltier succeeds Christophe Alaux, who has led ECF since 2019. The Board of Directors would like to thank Christophe Alaux for his contribution to the development of ECF Group over the last seven years. Pascal Peltier will take up his new position on 16 March 2026, working closely with Christophe Alaux and the ECF Group management team to ensure a smooth transition.

Pascal Peltier brings more than 25 years of experience in the FMCG and wholesale distribution sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of METRO France, where he led the company’s operational and commercial transformation, and accelerated the development of its omnichannel capabilities. Prior to this, he held several senior leadership positions at METRO France, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles at Heineken including Marketing Director and Head of Sales Development.

As Chief Executive Officer of ECF Group, Pascal Peltier will lead the company’s next phase of development, building on its strong market positions and longstanding relationships with customers, partners and suppliers across its international markets.
