Gender equality index

The Gender Equality Index is a tool made available to companies by the Ministry of Labour, designed to help them in the process of professional equality between women and men.

Since 2020, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their gender equality index every year before 1 March. This obligation is part of the Avenir law of 5 September 2018, which aims to eliminate the pay gap between women and men.

The five main criteria

The Index, out of 100 points, is calculated on the basis of 4 to 5 indicators depending on whether the company employs less than or more than 250 employees:

The gender pay gap ;
The gender pay gap; – The gender pay gap in the distribution of individual pay rises
The gender pay gap; The gender pay gap in individual increases; The gender pay gap in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees);
The number of employees receiving an increase after returning from maternity leave;
Parity among the top 10 earners.
Each company with more than 100 employees must achieve a professional equality index of more than 75 points.

The ECF 2022 Group Index

The Index was calculated on the economic and social unit of the ECF Group.

Committed to a proactive policy of gender equality, the ECF Group communicates its Gender Equality Index for the year 2022, with an overall score of 88 out of 100 points. This result, which has steadily increased over previous years, is a significant indication of the commitment that the ECF Group has been making for many years to implement measures to promote gender equality in the workplace.

In 2023, we will continue to make progress by pursuing all of our commitments in favour of professional equality between women and men.

Training

The success of a Group depends on the success of its employees!

ECF is firmly convinced of this, which is why our teams have developed the ECF Academy.
Our objective?
To support each of our employees, to help them progress by giving them the means to succeed.
It’s a win-win situation! What is good for the employee is good for the Group!
As soon as an employee is integrated, we offer a combination of face-to-face and distance training so that each newcomer can understand the company’s structure, its activity, its economic environment, its customers, its products and processes and, as a result, quickly become comfortable and efficient in his or her development within the Group.

In a rapidly changing world, we make it a point of honour to offer our employees quality support and integration. Integrating a new working environment is never easy and therefore requires adapting to new tools, new methods, new skills and new know-how which are essential guarantees of performance for the employability and loyalty of our talents.
